317L (00Cr19Ni13Mo3, UNS S31726) alloy is a molybdenum-based austenitic stainless steel.
Mainly used for butterfly valve shafts, butterfly valve sleeves, etc.
1. Raw material preparation:
Select high-quality stainless steel billets to ensure that the chemical composition meets the standards.
Hot rolling or cold drawing:
The billets are processed into pipes through hot rolling or cold drawing.
2. Solution treatment: The pipe is heated to 1050°C-1150°C and then quickly cooled to eliminate internal stress and improve corrosion resistance.
3. Surface treatment: Bright annealing, wire drawing, sandblasting or polishing are performed according to customer needs.
4. Quality inspection: Each batch of products undergoes chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing and surface quality inspection to ensure zero defects in the product.
